*Eunidia* Thomson, 1864 is a small to medium-sized cerambycid genus (8–15 mm) belonging to the tribe-level assemblage of Lamiinae with predominantly Afrotropical affinities. The genus is characterised by a robust, cylindrical body clothed in dense, cryptic pubescence that renders adults difficult to detect against bark and wood surfaces. Adults are active from May to August and are associated almost exclusively with *Ficus* (Moraceae), both as larvae — which bore through subcortical tissues into sapwood — and as adults, which feed on bark, shoots, and leaves of the same host.
