Overview
Rhabdoclytus
*Rhabdoclytus* Pesarini & Sabbadini, 2004 is a small, monotypic genus of Mediterranean longhorn beetles found from sea level to 500 m elevation in southern Europe. Adults are variable in coloration and body patterning, with filiform to slightly serrate antennae and large emarginate eyes giving them a characteristic alert appearance. Associated exclusively with *Ficus* (Moraceae), larvae develop beneath bark and into wood over one to three years. Adults are day-active and may be attracted to fresh dead wood and UV light.
