Turcmenigena
*Turcmenigena* Danilevsky, 1988 is a small, monotypic genus of longhorn beetles in subfamily Cerambycinae, measuring 10–20 mm and associated exclusively with *Tamarix* in Central Asia. Adults are diurnally active from May to August, found on dead or dying wood and beneath bark in riparian and floodplain habitats at altitudes up to 500 m. Larvae develop subcortically before entering sapwood, with a development period spanning one to three years depending on conditions.
