Overview
Neopiciella
*Neopiciella* Pic, 1952 is a small, monotypic longhorn genus of the subfamily Lepturinae, native to the montane zones of Central Asia at elevations between 500 and 2000 m. Adults are diurnal flower visitors, frequently observed on Apiaceae and Rosaceae blossoms along forest edges and clearings. Larvae develop in decaying wood of both conifers and broadleaf trees, with larval development extending over two to four years. The genus is rarely encountered and remains poorly known in the literature.
